Requiem for a Dream ending / spoiler

All the cocaine in Long Island dries up, so Harry and Ty try to go to Florida to get some. On the way, Harry reveals his badly infected arm. Ty insists that he goes to the hospital, where they get arrested. Ty goes to jail, Harry has his arm amputated, Marion turns to prostitution and Mrs. Goldfarb goes through shock therapy, despite fitting in to the red dress.
