What about Bob? ending / spoiler
Dr. Marvin snaps, and tries to kill Bob, by tying him to a chair in the woods with bombs. He dupes Bob into his trap by saying that it's "Death Therapy." Bob, thinking that it really is some kind of therapy, escapes, and accidentally blows up the Marvin's house. Dr. Marvin ends up losing his mind, and Bob marries Dr. Marvin's sister Lily which snaps Dr. Marvin out of his psychosis. Before the credits, we find out that Bob became a psychologist, famous for his book "Death Therapy."
