The Return of the Living Dead ending / spoiler
As the zombies keep multiplying, Clu Gulagher decides to call the Army number on the tank which contained the original zombie. The military launch missiles which destroy the entire town (zombies, humans, and all) and cause a rain downpour which cause more dead people to rise from the grave.
