Question: Mike and Sulley are able to activate the door when stuck at the kids camp by harnessing enough screams to activate it. If laughter is 10 times more powerful than screams, then why wouldn't child laughter (especially if there is a Birthday party, etc.) not activate doors from the "human world" allowing kids to go into the factory (monster world) all the time?
Answer: Well a door first needs to be activated from the monster side. See the doors of the human world lack the receiver for the energy they need to open the doorway between worlds (the red light on top). That's why in the monster world they hook a door up to a machine to activate it allowing the passage between worlds before any scream or laugh is made. It costs power to activate a door to allow a monster in. Boo was able to activate doors because she was in the monster world and her screams and laughs triggered the devices on top of the doors, activating them automatically. This was the first time ever a human entered the monster world.
Question: If Grug is so scared of things in the outside world and considers anything new to be dangerous, then why does he keep Guy with him instead of getting rid of him?

Answer: This is one of the (many) time travel plot holes in the film, and unfortunately your question doesn't really have a definitive, or satisfying, answer. Richard Curtis has said he was less concerned with making an airtight time travel film than with the human story at its core, so he let things like this slide without explanation. However, since we don't see any "second" Tims around when he goes back in time, and no-one else seems to think of him as an "extra" Tim, we can safely assume that, yes, he replaces himself in the timeline when he travels back. (Of course, this doesn't explain what happens when he then returns FROM the past).

Reggie refused to go on an adventure and just wanted to spend his freedom eating pizza and watching TV, so when looking for the way out, he told Jake that the blue line was the way to the time machine in hopes of escaping. At time reference 4:05, archive video shows Ms. Travers in her garden, holding a basket hooked on her left arm, and making clippings with a scissors in her right hand. Feeling convinced, I stopped, though I suspect further research (it's a six part biography) would yield other examples of P. L. Travers engaged in right-handed activities.
Only problem with the assumption that travers was right-handed because she trimmed plants with her right hand is that there were no (to my knowledge) scissors for lefties. I was born in 1955 and I am a lefty who cuts right-handed, wear my watch on my left wrist, and made other adaptations due to the fact that left-handers were ignored, and travers was born over 50 years earlier.
Answer: I do not know the actual answer to your question. However, I would like to point out as a lefty myself that we often have to use our right hand for certain activities just due to the fact that left handed options are not readily available. Scissors and shears are a great example of this. Very often you cannot just switch them to your left hand and have them work. They actually have to be put together to be left handed to work properly. Also, many left handed writers are also ambidextrous. For example I golf right handed but bat left handed so the two swings don't negatively affect each other.

Chosen answer: Jason Bateman talks about it in an interview. They didn't intentionally do it. When Bateman was casting kids for those parts, he picked based on talent or who he liked, not based on ethnicity. The parts and names were already written, but casting just didn't happen to match. Bateman also talked about how they were having trouble finding an Indian boy for the role of Chopra and wondered if the kid had to be Indian, although ultimately after reviewing Chand's audition tape, he decided to cast him.

Once he starts commenting that he is beginning to remember his past, we then assume that he realizes what his original intentions were and somehow manages to contact the other agency.
But Bailey states before he kills Katja that he was responsible for leaking the post online that Marvin saw which started the whole thing. He said he took a guard's phone to do it. I believe he was very aware and was just "playing" everyone.

(Although there are also several different conflicting versions of the 43rd rule of the internet, so this explanation is pretty shaky.) Some claim it's an inside joke between the main producer and his kids about a fictional "banned film" they heard about called "Movie 43" that didn't really exist. And some people claim it's just a random title they attached to the film with no actual meaning.

Question: Isn't the plot inherently flawed? Chow was already in Las Vegas, so there's no real correlation between him and the main characters, so he would've stolen Marshall's gold, whether or not he met them right?
Answer: Not necessarily. Keep in mind, before that, Chow didn't have any prior relations to Marshall, but after they showed up, he did, when he kidnapped B. Doug, who works for Marshall. It would make sense that Marshall would then be angry at Chow, and prompt the latter to steal his gold.
