Other mistake: During the miniaturizing scene the technicians controlling the forklift wore sterile gloves, the nurses assembling the syringe did not.
Other mistake: In the very last scene of the movie, and just before Blondie shoots the rope that is holding Tuco on the grave's cross. You can see a car moving in the background, screen right of Tuco's head.
Other mistake: The movie concludes with George Peppard crashing a test monoplane. The shot is from James Mason's office, looking out over the airfield. We hear the sound of the diving plane, but do not see it. After the camera has been focused on the field for a few seconds, we see a large explosion, which is meant to represent the crashing plane. The falling plane is missing. From the position of the shot, we should have seen the crashing plane. (00:12:15)
Other mistake: Robin yells "Holy Polaris" before the rocket even breaks the surface of the water.
Other mistake: When the Grinch is cutting Max's antler, the pieces that have fallen on the floor suddenly jump several inches closer to Max.

Other mistake: When the three roommates take a taxi, Christine and Steve quibble over the fare, eventually handing their portion to Sir William. However, he never does pay the cabbie, rather he goes off to confer with his driver, Jimmie.
Other mistake: Johnny Finger is supposed to be a crack shot, and in his first scene he supposedly beats three guys on the draw simultaneously. However, as he goes for his revolver with his left hand, it goes off almost immediately whilst still pointing straight downwards. (00:02:45)

Other mistake: Not wanting his wife to see Didi, Tom locks Didi inside a tool shed. She pulls a cord to turn on an overhead light but the light that suddenly illuminates the interior of the shed comes from somewhere in front of her. Her shadow, which is the same height as she is, is cast on the wall behind her.
Other mistake: The Dragula Herman is driving begins spinning out of control before he hits the oil slick.
Other mistake: When Sir James examines a book on witchcraft in the Vicar's library, it is a photographic reprint (more contemporary to 1966) of a much older, original book.
Other mistake: About 1 1/2 hours into the movie, Ensign Bordelles, in the courtyard of the American facility in Changsha, prepares his shore party to march back to San Pablo with the Chinese military escort on either side. The Ensign lines up his men and orders, "Detail, forward March." The Chinese soldiers, unlikely to understand a word of English, also move off in lock step with the Americans.
Other mistake: At the beginning of the film, when one of the eyewitnesses tries to get into the TARDIS to call the police, when the TARDIS dematerialises, the eyewitness changes position slightly.
